Political Correctness

Greens claim too few women on some lists

What on earth is Rod Donald on about? Political Correctness is so last century (like everything the Greens campaign on I guess).

Who other than the Political Correct brigade even looked at the number of women in each list? And why should it matter either way?

This reminds me of the South Park episode, where Chef (one of two African American characters on the show - the other being a school boy named "Token Black") got in a huge argument with other Caucasian members of the town regarding South Park's flag - a diagram depicting several white men hanging a black man. "That flag is racist!" was Chef's argument. Fair enough, right?
Finally Stan, Kyle, Cartman (and maybe Kenny if he didn't die in that episode) ripped it all up by revealing that they hadn't even noticed that the man getting hung was actually black - like the four white men standing around him, the saw each man as just another person.

It's those who notice the differences who should be ashamed of themselves. Naming the other African American character "Token Black" was surely the creators of South Park's way of illustrating this themselves.

These politically correct arguments are so juvenille. Attacking NZ First and National based on this is ridiculous - attack them on policy - that's what counts.

By the way - go ACT!
